Revora Health

Help with the Revora app.

How to sign in, what to do when something looks wrong, and how to reach a person who can sort it out.

Getting into the app

Revora Health is provided through your physical therapy clinic. Your therapist creates your account, so there is no sign-up in the app.

Sign in with the email address your clinic has on file. We will email you a 6-digit code. Enter it and you are in.

That email doesn't match your clinic's records.

The address you entered is not the one your clinic registered. Try any other address you may have given them, or contact your clinic to have it updated.

The code did not arrive.

Give it a minute, then check your spam folder. Tap “Resend code” if it still has not shown up.

Your exercise plan

Your plan is written by your physical therapist. If an exercise hurts more than it should, feels wrong, or you cannot do it, message your PT in the app and they can change it. Do not push through pain that feels wrong.

Home says your plan is being set up.

Your therapist has not published it yet. It will appear on its own once they do.

Privacy

Your information is shared only with your own clinic and therapist. It is encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used for advertising.

Read the privacy policy and the terms of service.

Deleting your account

Accounts are created and removed by your clinic as part of your care record. Contact your clinic to have your account and data removed.
